Star of the Deep Sea

A gem of profound and mysterious sheen, sometimes found in seashells. It is said that these are pieces of a star that fell off as it was shaking water off its body after freshening up at sea.

When a non-critical hit is made after using a basic skill, has a 50% chance to plant a bomb on the target for 2 turns. This effect is applied to Single Attacks and is not activated by a counterattack, Dual Attack, or extra attack.
