Spatiotemporal Fan

A fan that creates a rift between spaces. It allows the bearer to open and close Dimensional Gates wherever they like. Within the gate is an imaginary space conjured with Lua's power, and therefore no one can escape without her permission.

Increases Effectiveness by 20%. After using a non-attack skill, has a 50% chance to grant stealth to the ally with the highest Attack except for the caster for 2 turns. Can only be activated once every 4 turns.
