A book passed down through generations of Celine's family. It contains the secret to a form of sword art that allows one to channel the energy within their body to strike down their foes with lightning speed.

After an enemy uses a non-attack skill, increases Combat Readiness of the caster by 12% and has a 50% chance to increase Attack of the caster for 1 turn. Can only be activated once per turn.
