Sez's arm was modified and weaponized as part of an experiment in the past. After he escaped the facility, it grew more and more powerful until he could no longer control it. Sez considered this power a curse and used clothes and gloves to conceal his arm. After coming to realize this, the members of the Phantom CIC made him a special glove to help him control its power.
