Ancient Dragon's Legacy

A magical tool that can be used to move to a golden chamber filled with rare goods and weaponry that lie sleeping. Once unlocked, the tool allows one to access the passage to the treasure chamber from anywhere.

After the caster uses a non-attack skill, decreases skill cooldowns of all allies by 1 turn, and has a 50% chance to increase Critical Hit Damage of the caster for 2 turns. Skill cooldown reduction effect can only be activated once.
