How to Be a Good Heir

hey, yeah you, welcome to Epic Seven.

nobody told you how to actually be an Heir did they? you just saw it on the app store, watched one reroll guide, saw the insane amount of free stuff and went straight to pulling, that was exactly me.

this is not a gear guide or a tier list or anything like that, there's plenty of those already, this is just how to have a better experience in Epic Seven

join a guild, seriously

okay so the resources and rewards are cool, that's probably what gets you through the door tbh, free stuff is free stuff.

but why do you STAY?

you stay because of the people, your guild chat going crazy when someone pulls back-to-back, or inting a guild war, that's the stuff that makes you log in on the days you really don't feel like it.

if you're guildless right now just go find one lol, casual, active, small, huge, doesn't matter, just find your people, the game feels much different when you have someone to share it with.

show some love to the content creators

If you've ever watched a youtube guide to figure out how to build a unit, or understand how speed works, or literally anything about this game, someone put their genuine time into that for you for free!

content creators are the backbone of this community, without them honestly a lot of us wouldn't even be here, that's actually part of why I made E7Baron, I was that new player once, completely lost, just wishing there was somewhere clearer to go. creators filled that gap for me and I wanted to do the same thing.

so watch the video. leave a like. it's like 30 seconds and it keeps the people who love this game talking about this game. that matters waaaaay more than you'd think.

stop chasing the meta so hard (kind of)

okay so this ones tricky because like, to actually have fun you do kind of need decent units, so it's not a totally fair argument lol, but at some point you gotta just play the game.

build a unit you like. try a team that probably shouldn't work. read the story (I haven't fully done it myself yet but I've heard it goes places, there's a video on yt I've been meaning to get to.)

the game is long, if you spend all of it stressed about the tier list you're gonna burn out, just find your version of fun and do that.

you're awesome for being here

the E7 community has been nothing but nice since I got here and I think that's just because most Heirs are decent people who really love this game.

so just keep doing that. hype someone's pull. help a new player if you know the answer. be the guild member you'd actually want to have.
